Type of Bill Books
Book Binding:
- Pages are stitched or glued along the spine, like a book
- Used for thicker bill books or books with many pages
- Looks neat and professional, often with a cover
Pad Binding:
- Pages are glued at the top/left, like a notepad
- Used for bill books where you tear out pages, like receipts
- Simple design with perforated pages for easy tearing
Normal Paper:
- Regular paper for printing or writing
- Only records the information on that sheet, without any ability to create copies
- Paper material – 50gsm or 80gsm /
- Best for single-copy documents like basic invoices or bills
NCR Paper:
- Special paper that makes duplicate or triplicate copies when you write on it
- Coated to transfer writing to the sheets below (2 ply or 3 ply)
- Best for bill books where you need multiple copies, like receipts or invoices
- Up to 6 layers (White/Green/Blue/Yellow/Pink 50gsm)
- Consistent alignment of pages
Bill Book/Pad Finishing
Numbering:
- Sequential numbering in red ink
- 4-7 digits, ending with ‘1’ (e.g. 0001, 00101, 000111)
Perforation
- For the last layer only ( Layer meant to be kept in book form )
- For book only

- 6mm diameter hole punch
